The Front Pocket has 3 card slots and a magnetic snap.  Then it clips to the top strap to ensure it is secure.   The main compartment sip close and is large and roomy.  These are great bags to easily carry essentials.   Approximately 9 1/2 x 5 x 3 (this is the actual purse part.)  Adjustable Strap is approximately 43" long
